PREPARATION
1
For the Jalapeno Poppers
Cut the Jalapenos lengthwise in half and deseed them with a teaspoon. Season the cream cheese with ¼ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper. Fill up the jalapenos with the cream cheese mixture and top them with bacon cubes and cheddar cheese.

Preheat your Otto Grill to medium heat, line the Jalapeno Poppers on a tray and grill them on Meat-O-Meter level 5 for about 5 minutes.

2
For the Hot Wings
Heat up the Otto Grill on lowest level. Lightly salt the wings and grill them on Meat-O-Meter level 5, 7 minutes from each side. Give them a finishing touch by grilling them a bit closer to the heat to your desired color. Take the wings off the Otto Grill and put aside.

In the meantime melt the butter in a small sauce pan, add the sugar and spices and bring to a boil. Add the water to give it a glace like texture. Glace the grilled wings evenly.

3
For the Nachos
Heat the Otto Grill to medium heat. Season the ground beef with ½ tsp salt an ¼ tsp pepper, break into pieces and grill on a tray on Meat-O-Meter level 4 for 3-4 minutes.
Place the nachos in an ovenproof baking pan. Cover with roasted ground beef, corn, kidney beans, jalapenos and cheddar cheese. Bake for about 4 minutes.
Cut the tomato and onion in dices and chop up the cilantro. Top the baked nachos with tomato and onion, spoon on the sour cream and top with chopped cilantro.
